Friday Sketchers

I like this simple sketch and is easy for me to match the pattern paper.  The rubber stamp that I used were old stamps.  These are all reserved from JDA...again thanks to Freddy...heh heh...

The Polly Potter stamp is from Stampendous and was released in 1996.  The Rock Path was from Hero Arts and was release in 1996 too.  What a good combination right?

Finally I made my first card after my last one in Jan.  I'm still waiting for my husband to fix my PC and hopefully all this can be done by this week.  Now, again I'm using Erland, my brother in law's notebook to update my work and the challenges.

How To...

I would like to show you how to overlap the image for rubber stamping.

First of all stamp the image that you like on a piece of paper.

After that stamp another one use it as dummy.  Since I'm going to do the ground, I will cut the bottom of the dummy copy.

Lay the dummy copy on top of the original.

The here come the Rock Path rubber stamp from Hero Arts.

You got the image stamp on the dummy copy now.

Now remove the dummy copy and here you got the whole picture with a nice back rock path.

Shopping...

Yesterday I went out with my friend Magic and we have a wonderful day.  We started the day with the Botanical Garden, we had brunch there and continue with our photo shot.

I has capture lots of nice photo and I will post this out later.

After the botanical garden, we went to Wheelock Place along the Orchard Road, and I managed to get Tim Holtz's Design Ruler in one of the scrapbook shop.  I'm so happy to grab it before it is gone...heh heh heh...

Down Down Down...

I feel very very very depress cos I can't surf net now... is my turn for my PC to take a long break...my PC is down now... :-(

I have to wait for my husband to come back and fix it but I still don't know when is the date...

I'm currently using my dear brother-in-law's laptop to update my blog.

sigh...I feel so so so depress...life without PC and Internet...

I miss my card making and I hope that by end of the month everything will be back to normal.

sigh... down down down...

Falling Sick...

I was falling sick for the past whole week...down by high fever and doctor nearly suspected me diagnose with Dengue Fever...oh no...but thank god I'm not...

I hope that I can quickly back to my card making soon as I really miss my rubber stamps...but i have to wait for another week because I'm going to Malaysia tomorrow evening.  This trip is kind of special trip for me, 1st it was planned last mins and secondly I need to settle some documentation things and thirdly this is the last time I use the same travel document...mmm....

Anyway, I have to wait for another week...
