You Sure Like It...

Here are the Precious Moment that my Friend bought from Taiwan. Too bad this wooden rubber stamp can only buy from Taiwan and no other place in Asia. The reason is because the copy right issue.

Of course I like these stamps. I hope that I can go there and grab some back ne...

I have not try with any coloring yet, so I was thinking should I use water colors or just color pencil and sansodor...

I have not master Copic yet...

Anyway wait for me, after all the refresh and rejuvenate...I will "settle" it...kekekekeke...
Taking a Break...

Oh yes, I will be away for a week time as I'm going to unwind and distress from heavy workload. I'm visiting my parent at countryside, good food...and more fruits as now is the season for all kind of tropical fruits.

I'm going to celebrate my birthday as well...yes with my parent.

Hubby currently is too busy to walk away from his work...well, that will be fine.

So tomorrow I will be going to airport alone and hopefully I can go online there..."cross my fingers ya"...

Uniquely Singapore

This scrapbook was required by my company, they need something about Singapore here to present it as a gift to our new office in China, Guangzhou.

The whole concept for this scrapbook is to bring out Singapore as a unique Garden City and some famous spots as well. I have Singapore Flyer, Orchid, Singapore River, Merlion, Esplanade and Singapore Airline...

I use the shallow box a s a frame for this scrapbook. The good thing about this box is you can do lots of 3-D effects, like the flowers and butterflies...

All the flowers all I used are from Prima.

I managed to get some nice photo from Internet as well as the founder of Singapore, Sir Stanford Raffles. I like this sketch image, I printed in photo paper and used the Vintage Photo Distress ink to make it look "old".

I used total of 4 layer of pattern papers as background.

On the top left, you can see there are 2 Durian fruits, yes these Durians I used the Lion head's Quickutz to tun into it...very fun, small lion became small Durian, big all to be a big Durian...kekekeke....
At the bottom before the wording, I put a tiny Singapore map, I got this QuicKutz dies from JDA, Freddie gave it as a free gift on last year National Day purchase. I'm so happy that I can fully utilised it now.

Vintage Notebook

This is my first Vintage Notebook.  I use the Zutter for binding and of course not missing the Tim Holtz's distressing techniques and distress ink.

The dress rubber is from MSE and the vintage lady is from Hero Arts.

Is a kind of hook on to this style and I really enjoy doing it.

I used the Crackle accents from Ranger on the vintage lady and added some on the butterfly.

I like the dress, I added lot of stickles and distress stickles to make the dress looked glam...

I'm using very simple material here to make this notebook.  you an see in this picture, a thick cardboard from Popular bookstore and a $2.00 notepad from Daiso.

I bought a few of this notepad and I just received a new order from my brother in law, he wanted to have a nice and simple Travel Journal.  I will map it out soon and will show it out once it is done.
